Trusting God’s Will

The most important prayer we could ask the Lord is that the prayer of purpose, “Lord, what is your will for me? Where you want me to be?” – Maritoni 

In life it’s easier just to complain, to question God, Lord why? Bakit ako? Have that blaming game with the Lord when we are in the middle of difficulties. Life may be hard sometimes but it’s always good to know that: 

🍃GOD’S WILL IS ALWAYS THE BEST WILL FOR US

There are things that we really wanted in life, but the question now, is that really God’s will for us? We can sometimes walk in fear knowing that we have a lot in our plate, but we could talk to the Lord in our prayers “Lord, if that’s not your will, then close that door for me and lead me to the right door.” 

Surely God will open the right and best door. He may be sometimes working in silence, but you know what? He is working behind the scenes, busy planning and working for us, ensuring for something greater sa mga buhay natin. 

“Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is – His good, pleasing and perfect will.” – Romans 12:2. By renewing our minds and by not letting the enemies  pull us down, we can see God’s bigger and beautiful picture and we could always rest assured that He has the best plans for us. . 

🍃 BE PATIENT WITH THE LORD AND TRUST HIM 100%

It’s easier to question the Lord in our trying times; tend to be impatient to see the result of what we have prayed for. If we are impatient how can we endure the test of time? If we don’t trust His will, how can we see His purpose for us? Whatever our days may hold, we can trust that the details of our lives are designed by a loving God for our good. “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose” – Romans 8:28. We can trust God in every decision, in every prayer our heart cries out, in every circumstance. We will be amazed on how He works if we trust His will 100%. We can confidently trust His process. 

🍃OBEDIENCE TO GOD 

God’s way sounds hard because it’s a preparation of God for something greater in our life. A complete surrender and obedience lead us to pass the test. Life is like a jigsaw puzzle, we take all the pieces then combined together so that we will see the right picture, and we don’t get the right picture from the start, it is when we finish the test. It is through test we learn to appreciate life after the storm and to embrace life’s day to day journey.

Jesus Christ even lived in perfect obedience and complete trust to God. Jesus submitted himself to God and followed, saying “Your will be done.” (Matthew 26:42)

I know it’s a challenge, knowing that this world throws us so much weight, but never get tired to obey God and His will. He is working all things together for our good. Have a steadfast heart and have a obediently heart while waiting for something wonderful.
